When will my order Ship?
All our items are 3D-printed to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your Exchange Policy?
Because each item is made to order, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
When will I receive my Refund?
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds since each item is made to order. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns on 3D-printed items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us right away if there’s an issue so we can make it right.

What if my package is late or lost?
If your order seems delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us. While shipping delays are outside our control, we’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution.
Can I bring you my own ideas?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with our customers. If you have a design concept, sketch, or inspiration photo, send it our way — we’ll review it and let you know how we can bring your idea to life through 3D printing.

Each piece is crafted using high-quality, eco-friendly 3D-printing materials. We design, print, and finish every item in-house — layer by layer — to ensure durability, detail, and a beautiful modern finish. Every product is truly one of a kind!
