All our items are 3D-printed to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalized 3D-printed items are non-refundable. To start a return, email us with your order number and photos if applicable.
