When will my order ship?

Most products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–5 business days once shipped. Tracking is emailed when your order is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $35. Other shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

For eligible physical products, contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
