Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer calculated shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your order. You’ll be able to view shipping options and pricing at checkout before placing your order.

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $35.

Typical delivery times (once shipped):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service conditions or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping for Digital Downloads

There is no shipping for digital products (such as STL or 3MF files). After purchase, your digital files will be available for instant download directly from your confirmation page and email.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international locations. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Feliz Co is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package seems to be missing, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
